A mix of native varieties of rice is used to make this rice flour. The rice is small holding farmers. The raw rice is stone ground to make this flour.
Usage
Perfect for Ukadiche Modak, Chakli, Bhakri, Idly-Dosa batter and crispy Pakodas.
