A peanut brittle is a much loved snack for its taste and crunchy texture. 

When roasted nuts and tempered (natural) sugar hardens ,the golden brittle can be used in so many delicious ways.

It is the perfect topping for a creamy fruit trifle or a homemade ice cream. 

Chocolate crunchy cups are a fun snack which can be put together by melting chocolate and mixing in some crushed peanut brittle. Pour into molds or paper cups of choice and allow it to set.

HOW TO STORE GUR KI CHIKKI

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
